I dumped my boyfriend 2 weeks ago mainly for him. I knew that people hated him because he was dating someone older than him (they're pretty immature. or maybe it's just me). I didn't want him to be hated so i dumped him and made up a stupid reason to do so.
For the past few days, i felt regret and depression, and i probably still do. I'm thinking that i still have feelings for the guy. I sometimes get clues that he still likes me,but when people ask if he wants to get back with me, he says things like "it's too late. screw it!" ..I get upset but i hide it. I say I don't care etc. etc.
Sooo... It's really bothering me and I have no one to seek out to. Wondering if this will help:]. What to do...What to do...

First of all you can not sacrifice your happiness because of what other people think. So what that he is younger than you. Tell me this the next time you get a bf and people do not like him are you going to dump him. Listen the reason you are feeling the way that you are feeling is because you was not honest with him. And you probably lost the best thing that ever happened to you. I wish you the best of luck.

You're still in love with your ex because you haven't replaced him in your own life with a new love. I understood from your question that you are older than he is. Good, now start dating someone who is not only your age but perhaps even older. Breaking up always brings guilt and depression - who said it would be fun? The answer is not to get back together - he's stilll going to be him and you're still going to be you and the reason you broke up is still going to be there. So put it behind you, try to make yourself happier. If you are dating, in a year or so, it will just be a memory - a good memory but a memory. He will be dating someone else. So will you.

If it really hurts being without him than do everything you can to take him back... It's better if you meet him somewhere like a place he goes with his friends and talk to him personally... Tell him how stupid and bad you feel for what you have done and if you have to say that in front of your friends and his you will...
GO GET HIM :)

Well, first of all making up an excuse to dump him wasn't very smart from you, and second if you really like him and you know he likes you too, than you should give him a call and tell him the real reason why you split....
good luck!

I am sorry to say but it sound's like you are the immature one..The reason that you dumped him was immature.I suggest that you leave him alone and move on he probably want's an adult relationship and you play too many games, which is very childish..He said it is too late so take the hint leave him alone..Learn from this experience and don't do it with your next boyfriend..

wow, are we ignorant and immature? Hey I got an idea, what if you go to him directly,(not through yours or his friends), stop playing stupid silly games, and simply TELL HIM DIRECTLY HOW YOU FEEL, truthfully and honestly, instead of you both trying to be the "players" that you obviously aren't!!!?? Or note lessons learned and move on.

I THINK YOU SHOULD TALK TO HIM ABOUT THE SITUATION AND WAIT TO SEE IF HE REALLY STILL LIKES YOU THE SAME WAY YOU LIKE HIM.
A PIECE OF ADVISE, IGNORE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY OR THINK. IF YOU LIKE THE GUY AND HE LIKES YOU BACK, YOU GUYS SHOULD BE TOGETHER.
I HOPE YOU CAN WORK THIS OUT. IT'S REALLY HARD TO GET BACK TOGETHER WITH THE PERSON YOU LIKE WHEN YOU DUMP HIM, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HURT HIS FEELINGS. IT REALLY DEPENDS ON HOW HE FEELS...
