It would be a risk, like buying on eBay sometimes is. You don't know how old the products are in many cases, and you never know how they were stored. If an expensive serum was left in someone's 120-degree car interior, it might not be the same anymore. If they got their products from some off-stock, it might have been off-stock for a reason. The end of your question sounds more like a sales pitch, though, and I must say all the "natural ingredients" (arsenic is all natural! Yum yum!) in the world don't mean much unless the product is made by a reputable manufacturer with safety and quality controls. A phone number and address don't guarantee that. On occasion I've bought lip balm, scented oil, or hand lotion at a street fair or public market, but those tend to be benign products, and I'd still be careful about using it. I'd never buy something for use on my face or any other sensitive skin from some random person making their own products, if that's what you're asking.
Whether you mean those types of homebrew face concoctions or cut-price brand name items, a spot at an antique mall doesn't seem the proper place. You mostly have people browsing for collectibles, clothes, and straight-up antiques there, and they have to look at a lot to find little items they want. It's not like a regular mall. Those places are packed to the gills, and you have to comb over everything. It's almost exhausting as it is. Selecting skin treatments takes attention, time, and focus on your skin, and I don't see people changing gears back and forth like that in an antique mall---at least not enough people to make it the best choice for a location.

I suppose it would be okay if the products were familiar and all the contact information of the seller was available. Also, check the expiration dates on the products to make sure that aren't out dated.
