If and when you meet Him you will know that He is real, and it won't be necessary for you to read about Him to know HIm, but when you know Him you will also know that the Bible is all about Him and He answers prayer when it is prayed in faith with nothing doubting and pray in His name.

AS FOR THE NAMES OF JESUS -

Jesus = Saviour, Christ = Anointed One, Messiah = the promised King of Israel, Son of God and Son of man are the same because Christ was the God/man - 100% God and 100% man - a concept that escapes us because it is beyond our finite minds and could have only been conceived by God.

He is also Prince of Peace, Mighty God, Glorious Conqueror,
Son of David (implies descent from David), Alpha and Omega, Beginning and the End, The First and the Last, He who was, who is and who is to come, High Priest after the order of Melchisadech, The Good Shepherd, The Door, The way, the truth and the life, and etc. and etc

To understand all these you will need to at least check out a Strong's Concordance which breaks down the Hebrew and Aramaic of the Old Testament and the Greek of the New Testament. That will serve as a starting point for future study.

Above all He is the only one who loves us enough that He died a horrible death on a crude cross at the hands of Roman
soldiers to purge us of our sin and open the door for us to have a relationship with God that leads to eternal life and peace for everyone who trusts Him with all their heart.

We would still know by the epistles in the New Testament. But we DO have the gospels, thank God.

Mathew reveals Christ as King. Mark reveals Christ as a Servant. Luke reveals Christ as a man and the son of man. John reveals Christ as God.

What is Jesus name? Ahh, do you have Eternity to hear it?
Jacob asked the angel of the Lord that question and got the reply:

Gen 32:29 And Jacob asked and said, Please reveal Your name. And He said, Why this that you ask about My name? And He blessed him there.
Gen 32:30 And Jacob called the name of the place Face of God, because I saw God face to face, and my life is delivered.

Well, there ARE the other writings about Christians at the time. There is also the historical fact of martyrs, who died proclaiming that not only was Jesus the Son of God, but He actually WAS God. We have eyewitness testimony, remarked upon by secular sources.

Jesus is ALL of those names, but He was more simply known as Jesus of Nazareth.

The same way the early Church knew such things before the gospels were written - by the teaching of the Church Christ founded.

Romans 10:14 - How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

Jesus has any names by which He is called.

Don't worry about what you call Him, just call Him you don't even need a word.
