Here is a chart in pounds:
http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm
1 stone is equal to 14 pounds. So about 130-135 lbs. (or 9 1/2-10 stone)

You should weigh between 120 lbs ( BMI 18.8 - slim, but healthy) and 160 lbs ( BMI 25 - medium, but not overweight). Divide those by the weight of a stone in pounds.

Too many variables to give you an accurate assessment. Total body weight is a very inaccurate method to gauge your health/fitness because muscle tissue, bone density/mass, and your somatotype are going to affect what you want to know. You can take two people of the same age, gender, height, and weight and they can be entirely different in terms of health/fitness.
I recommend getting your body fat percentage checked at your doctor's or at a local fitness center. It's a far better method to accurately assess your health/fitness level.

what the hell stones and pounds??? wtf? you cant determine how much you "should weigh" by that info..you need to go get your body fat tested..go to your local gym...get a 1 day pass and they can measure your body fat and you can talk to them about what your ideal "weight" should be. and if you hire a personal trainer they can get you where you want to be,
