Yes, Sushi is a healthy dinner it contains omega-3 acids which is very beneficial for the our heart because of raw fish. If you want to taste it, then I suggest to go Sushi restaurant, not to cook at home.

sushi is very healthy, (but dont get anything fried) but the natural fatty acids in the fish is great for you, white rice and miso soup are also good for you, the pickled ginger "you put on top of rolls or nigiri sushi" if good for clearing nasil passages and so is wasabi "but wasabi is VERY spicy so only use a little little bit

depending on what you get ...... yes it is ......... no grease and good protien!
Also vietnamese is great........ THai and chinese are the on the more heavier side tho !
