I seriously doubt it. I'm Scottish and frequently visit the US, I've never head of such a thing. If you are trying to mimic a Scottish accent then repeatedly whatch the film Trainspotting(Edinburgh accent) or TV series Taggart(Glasgow accent). If you are trying to understand something a Scottish person is saying then write it as you hear it and I will tell you what it means in English.
