has anyone tried sparkspeople.com if so does it work or is there anouther site i can try or any suggestions on what i can try to lose some weight

South Beach is my fav! I lost weight and have kept it off. It helps you to focus on eating right and to make healthier decisions. Don't forget that dieting is only half of the solution. you need to exercise at least 30min a day and do some strength training. Join a gym, curves, 24hr, golds or where ever and talk to a trainer to get an idea of what type of exercise is right for you. Your first secession is usually free.

try cutting the amount of food you normally eat in half. a friend did this and she lost almost 40 pounds in 2 months

make a list of your calorie intake and then figure the calories burned per day! more calories used than taken in= weight loss

try this ..... count your calories......... it will suggest how many calories you should eat daily..... also it shows what burns calories and how many ! do cardio for atleast an hour daily!
