It sounds like it might be low blood sugar, but without knowing your age, diet and lifestyle, it's pretty hard to just guess. Some of the symptoms of low blood sugar include :
Fatigue
General discomfort, uneasiness, or ill feeling (malaise)
Nervousness
Irritability, or even aggression
Trembling
Headache
Hunger
Cold sweats
Rapid heart rate
Blurry or double vision
Confusion
The first site listed is for low blood sugar, and the others are for self-diagnosis.

But you really do NEED to get yourself checked by a doctor.
Figuring out for yourself what may be wrong with you is all well and good, but you need a doctor to run tests, prescribe medications and to get to the bottom of your symptoms.
Good luck......... and I hope you feel better soon !

Ok...this is similiar to whats up with me. I have had issues for about 6 months now. I get blood work done and I have weird White Blood cell counts..but they can't find out whats wrong with me. They did find that I am anemic. But thats not the cause. I get mean headaches...I am now going to an Internal Medicine specialist to get further tests. I have had a cat scan, been to a Hematologist and had my blood drawn many times. Nothing!!
Just make sure to eat right and get plenty of sleep, the sleep helps me a lot. 8 hours or more. If I get less then I get a headache. Weird right? I hope you have been to the doctor? If not..please go and get blood taken.
Good Luck girl....

Well, there's a lot of questions to ask such as your age, sex, medical history, etc. What I think I know is: You have "cold" type symptoms, some abdominal pain, headaches, and sometimes feeling feint. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea?
Fevers, chills, body aches? Ears "popping" ? All in all, I certainly couldn't diagnose you clinically, nor could an MD over the computer...however, most of the symptoms you state sound like a "bug"..a virus...cold or flu type deal. No fun. Perhaps you are experiencing some vertigo (bad dizziness) due to an inner ear problem. If the symptoms don't clear soon, if you are having fevers, coughing yellow sputum, short of breath, vomiting/diarrhea which doesn't want to stop...see the MD. AT home you could try the usual OTC meds, (pending any med allergies) you might have. Drink lots of fluids. I bet you'll feel better soon, sorry you don't feel well today.

Have you been to see your doctor? It's no good trying to get advice from someone who isn't a professional.
Get some expert advice see your doctor, if you think your doctor isn't very good at his/her job, then change doctors.
