Sounds like you need to sit down with the current owner and establish just what you're buying and what, if any, agreements that person has made with others. The seller should be told that you expect to have full use and enjoyment of the property and that any belongings still on the property at the time of purchase are forfeit. You should talk to the relatives who keep dropping by to collect various and sundry items and tell them you've been advised to have your "new" property cleared of all items belonging to others. Give them a date by which to remove "their" items and confirm it in writing. Even if you lose a few things it would be worth it to establish the property as your own without interference from others. Good luck!

What kind of purchase papers did you draw up? Did they include what was included in the purchase of the home? Why are you buying a home if the land it's on does not come with it? Anyway, you were very foolish if you didn't have purchase papers drawn up and if you did then they should have no right to take anything from there without your permission. If you didn't get papers you better get some!

Sounds like you may be purchasing a mobile home and are renting the land from another party. I don't see how any other structures on the land are yours. If you have any questions about other items on the land, contact the landowner to see what is supposed to stay.

The landowner can contact the former renters and tell them to not come onto his property...that might work.
