Hanging out at a cafe, I see this guy every once in a while, we say hello and give warm smiles. I've noticed him looking at me, sometimes giving double-takes when I walk in and take a seat.
I was working on my laptop and from the corner of my eye, he comes around and peeks over to see what I'm doing.
Do you think that's a sign of flirting? If not, was he ever flirting? The guy is probably in his early 30's or so.

I'm pretty sure he is into you, however, peeking over ur shoulder to see waht you are doing....kinda scary. Also, him being in his early 30's, he should really know some better pick up lines or smething better moves in order to start a convo with a girl!

he's interested but seems really shy. He might be looking at your computer to see if you guys have anything in common. You might have to approach him. Try asking if he would like some company with his coffee and sit with him start a conversation. Just go for it. And don't just smile when you see him say Hi. Make him talk to you. Good Luck

Oh what a wonderful way to show your interested in someone...yes I would say hes interested in you...the next time you go to that cafe, and hes there, ask to sit next to him..."Is this seat taken? or may I join you?" Then you to can really start hitting up the conversation....Good Luck.....

The signs are all there. Next time ask him to sit down. That way there's no stress, expectation....if he's to nervous or really can't, I bet he will make sure he has time the next time!

it would appear that he is interested, or at least attracted to you.(double takes) if you're interested go ahead and acknowledge him with a smile or a simple Hi, how are you. that's always a good ice breaker.

Sounds like he is into you, maybe say hi or tell him ive seen you a lot or something like that just say something to him.

Can't be too sure until you get to know him. He could be just being nice although it is rare for guys to do.

i'm no expert in relationships, but he does seem to like u. i have had plenty of similar situations. so, just let things go the way they will.
