I saw him about 29 years ago. He was smoking an illegal substance on the streets of Heidelberg. In his spare time, he kept the Red Tide at bay. He never mentioned anything about Mexico at the time.
Did I miss something?

i just saw him,,,he's at walmart parking lot pushing a basket around, looking sort of lost. he was calling out your name and asking why you left him with all those cases of Old Milwaukee Light. He said something about having a warrant out for jumping bail and I think he's scared of being arrested. He needs a ride.
