I have never had a problem finding tapioca in the supermarket, unless you are looking for a different kind than I'm thinking of. The one I use is called "Minute Tapioca" and it's manufactured by Kraft General Foods. Look in the baking supplies aisle. (It's a small aprx. 31/2 x 6" red box.)

Tapicoa is usually in the Supermarket where the baking supplies are located... usually the jello and pudding products are in that same aisle.

it should be in the stores....ask a grocery clerk to guide you in the right direction. most of the time it is with the pudding stuff or baking aisle.
