They are very good for you. I enjoy sunseeds on salads now and then even thought it might sound silly but I enjoy the taste.

They are very healthy, especially without salt.
They are high in protein and fiber. They have many vitamins and minerals and good type fats. I have never eaten papaya seeds. Some seeds need to be chewed well to release the good inside.

Absolutely!
They contain high amounts of proteins and essential nutrients and vitamins that you body needs. They are a better source of protein than meat because they don't clog up the bowels but help to keep them clean because they contain fiber. You should eat a variety of seeds and nuts so that you get a full range ov minerals and other nutrients that are essential for a healthy body. They also contain small amounts of fats that provide needed fatty acids that your body cannot make.
One drawback is that if you don't also eat a variety of raw fruits and vegetables and exercise regularly, they may gain weight. No one food by itself is sufficient. Varity is the key!

yes, they're very nutritious, but you just don't want too much because they tend to be fattening (they contain oils).
otherwise seeds are extremely important in nutrition. Nuts for example (which are seeds) contain selenium which is good for your heart.
Sunflower seeds are great, as long as they're not too salty.
Too much salt is not good for you.

Yes. They are an excellent source of protein and many other nutrients, and what fat they have is almost exclusively the "good" kind that helps lower your cholesterol and promote heart health.
