Any drink that is high in B-12 and/or the other B vitamins is going to make you have increased energy and feel absolutely wonderful. As far as health benefits such as anti-oxidants try cranberry juice, a glass of red wine a day, tomatoes. They have these new orange tomatoes that are supposed to be better absorbed than others. But really, try the B-12- you can get it in sublinguals.

Water... well you dared us.... I drink OJ every morning for several reasons but mostly to keep away colds and illness and yes it gives me energy and makes me feel good - drink the 100% pure OJ or squeeze your own. I drink green tee also, I keep trying to acquire a taste for it.... nope not yet, maybe tomorrow...

Green tea. It's infused with antioxidants that kill free radicals in your body. Free radicals damage molecules that protect your organs, and this eventually leads to heart disease, liver failure and other diseases. Antioxidants are also said to slow down the signs of aging.

Overall, it just makes me feel better about my health and habits, and it's something simple I can do everyday to protect myself that much better.
