Who am I soupposed to contact to get this information removed from up under my social security number when clearly on this summons you can see that it is not me.

The easiest way to do this is to contact the three credit reporting agencies and tell them that the information does not belong to you and that you wish to have it removed. They have 30 days to investigate your dispute. If they find that the information is indeed not yours, they will remove the information.

Contact all three of the credit bureaus in writing, and dispute this judgment. Include copies of the court papers and it should be removed in approx. 30-days.
