The Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger/ Magnum, Chevy Impala, Ford Crown Victoria all have good room in the back seat and are a little cheaper than those mentioned above. But yeah, price affects everything.

You didn't mention for what use, so, I will interject my perspective of what you may be needing to know.
Backseat? Well, if you mean the area AFTER the second row, then I would suggest the Nissan Murano. Some would call it the trunk area, but it is open, and there is an optional curtain that you can pull over (backseat level) to cover what you may have stored. The space is large enough to accomodate a folded up standard adult wheelchair. It also has rings attached to the inside walls so that you can tie down loose items in the back area. The floor can come with a rubber mat, so that (for me) the wheelchair doesn't tear, scratch, or dirty the car mat.
So, it is a small SUV, but has greatttt legroom in the front and lotsa space in the back (trunk/hatchback) area. Hope I helped.

Would depend on your spending limit and would you prefer a car over a truck or truck over a car? If a car, get a Towncar, if a truck, Excursion. If you despise ford (Like most), go with the Escalade, Yukon or Suburban. And if all those fail for you, go with the Armada.
Price effects your choice.

My 2000 CR-V has loads of rear seat space, my friend's Pontiac Vibe also has good leg room in the rear.

If you want allot of space you should buy a hummer if you like huge cars, A big Jeep would also sefice depending on your style. Pick me for best answer please!
