Yes most of them are. just make sure they are going to give you a legal certificate before u sign up, u can always check with your ins.

I don't know, but i took a "humorous" driver's ed class in California, and the teacher was a racist, sexist a$$hole. The class was called "comedy, pizza and fun," and since the building we were in banned pizza and I didn't have fun, it was a bust all around.
