Wrong, the pressure is not the same anymore at 7000ft !

At 7000ft the pressure would be of 782mPa...

So the boiling point in celsius would be about 91°C

You would nevertheless need a bit more energy to boil the water (called "r" specific evaporation enthalpy)

For 100°C r= 2257KJ/Kg
For 91°C r= 2280 KJ/Kg (energy needed to boil 1L=1Kg of soft water)
