hey,
I got a speeding ticket a few days ago and would like to take the defensive driving class instead, if the judge will let me. i really dont want to let my dad know about it and i am willing to pay all of it, i just dont want to have to deal with my dad. Will my insurance go up even if i do the defensive driving class? Thanks!

It depends. In my state if its yoru first ticket you go request a mitigation hearing and you can either go to court or write a letter and oftne times they offer you a deferral-- stay out of trouble for 1 year and it stays off your record.

You cant just take a DD course and get the ticket dropped-- the court has to approve that as an alternative.

It would not count which coverage that condominium had because of the fact your coverage corporation seems at your driving force license huge form with the dep. of motorcar. Ya your coverage corporation will use its workstation to envision with DMV and it will teach you cost ticket. to no longer have it consequence your coverage value then you certainly ought to take a driving force risk-free practices type. it is going to value approximately $60 for sophistication and after type is over then they supply you paper artwork to take to DMV so rushing cost ticket won't count huge form.

my bfs license is from texas but insurance from florida since we live here now.

he's got many tickets- and big ones and his insurance hasn't gone up more than $20.

you apparently can't lose your license in texas so I wouldn't worry about the driver classes....just pay the fine and forget about it!
