It is quite normal for kittens to have a "ball" in their tummy. Kittens are also naturally very gassy, and it is baaaaadddddd. Don't worry, it will move, and when it does you'll wish it hadn't.

Kitten... bloated tummy... classic sign of worms. If it were just gas, it will resolve itself as the kitten moves around and plays. To make certain that your kitten is OK, take her t the vet as soon as possible becuase a bad intestinal parasite or worm infestation in the intestines can kill a kitten.

Consult a vet. Usually a bloated stomach in young kittens & puppies is a sign of worms.

If your kitten has never been dewormed then go to a pet store or department store that has pet supplies, buy a kitten/cat dewormer. Use as the directions follow. If this does not fix the problem then consult your vet. Otherwise becareful of what your feeding your kitten....

As long as she is eating, going to the toilet and has been wormed this is probably nothing to be worried about. Kittens do tend to be greedy. However, you need to be sure she is not unwell because it could be a symptom of stomach obstruction which can quickly prove fatal. I would check with the Vet, just to be safe.

It doesn't take a lot to fill a kitten's belly, and they do look like they've suddenly gotten fat when they've just eaten. If she doesn't seem to be in any discomfort, then I wouldn't worry about it. If it seems like her belly is bloated *without* having eaten, however, you might want to take her to the vet and have him check her for worms.

you should probably take the kitten to the vet it may have worms. I used to work at an animal shelter and that can be common in stray kittens.
