Its called Macromedia flash
There's a 2004 version and a Pro/Basic 8 version
go to adobe.com for more info
If you want full version, either buy it, or get a keygen.

The illegal way is: use a torrent client (like bitcomet) and search a torrent site (like www.torrentspy.com) for the software. If you need official software, look at SwishZone's SwishMax. That is the one that I use. I don't do alot of flash anim.'s though.
