Lipton Green tea has "high fructose corn syrup" in it. The same as you would find in soda pop. In case your wondering...no it's not good for you.
Stick with the real deal. Brew bags and sweeten them yourself.

Buy it in a box as instant bagged tea or in loose leaf form.
Add a natural sweetener if you want to. I think stevia would work.
You could ice it.
Most green tea, even the bottled kind, in China is quite different from in the USA, Canada, etc.
The point of making it more healthy than Lipton style green teas comes from freshly brewing it, avoiding high fructose corn syrup, white sugar and things like Aspartame and Splenda.

Who said the bottled Lipton was not good for you? It has the same antioxidants... The only thing I could think of that may be bad is the calorie count.
Brewing it yourself would be fine - adding sugar won't take away from it's health benefits.

I don't like Lipton green tea as much as I like Yogi Tea. It has a smoother flavor. I brew it then ice it down. To me sugar is not needed since it doesn't have a bitter taste.

Lipton and most other bottled teas are bad for you because of high fructose corn syrup. It is okay to add a little sugar (r honey) to your tea, but if you are really trying to diet, it is best to drink fresh brewed tea wth no sweetner.

green tea from Lipton is not good. If you are going to have green tea, go to a chinese herbal store and by the real stuff. Otherwise, its just not the same.
