probiotics?

can anyone tell me what is a good brand for probiotics...i have heard some do not have as many good bacteria as others...

We use Lifeway, specifically the Kefir line of smoothie drinks as it is usually for my kids when they are sick or have to be on antibiotics.

I find them in the organic foods section of my grocery store.
