Eat alot of protein and large portions.... But make sure ur excercising.. U wouldnt want that weight to be Fatty weight...then it'll just be messy..

i had the same problem, i was 5'10" 120 at one point. start lifting heavy weight (heavy weight for you, not what other people think is heavy). i started real week so don't be ashamed, everyone starts somewhere. you should be eating atleast 3 MEALS a day. try to eat 4 meals, full meals. then take protein or meal replacements in-between. don't forget atleast 3 days of cardio a week too. cardio increases blood flow and helps muscles recover. more blood in muscle, more muscle. i'm now 5'10" 200 (6 years later)

There are some weight gain shakes and whatnot you can use. My brother in law was very thin for his height and used them and filled out very nicely. You don't want to eat junk to gain weight as it isn't healthy. But this works and won't make you sick.

there are weight gainers u can buy like at GNC for example, which will help more than just eating alot, in time u will notice a difference, if u do so

LOTS of protien. And LOTS of exercise. Still need to do cardio but I would focus mostly on free weifgts...not cable machines...
