Was surfing on line just now and saw techno-pagan, now i can put the root words together and figure it out but what do they really believe in?

Well, it's a bit complex. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technopagan has some details on it, but the basic idea is merging hi-tech (like the internet) with Paganism, which is stereotypically seen as focusing on the more "natural" world.
You'll likely see techopagans being urban, using technological items (laptops, laser pointers, etc) in rituals, participating in online rituals and "cyber-covens," etc. Other things you'll likely see are things like online tarot readings or some other sort of "computerized oracle".

From my understanding, they are the pagans who do all ritual in chatrooms, with other pagans.
I could be wrong though, I prefer my ritual to be live action.
