I am around 5 foot 5 inches and I have a lot of muscle. What should my weight be around?? I am 13!

i was just reading what my weight should be . I'm sorry honey, it starts at 19. at 5'5" they say a 19 yr old should weigh between 114 to 150. I'm sure a thirteen yr old should equally fit some where in there. if you are worried about your weight ? make sure you are getting the exercise you need . cut out the sweets first . that will drop your lbs. right off the bat. i wear 4 petite and my sister wears 4x. when i got married, i told her she couldn't be in my wedding unless she lost weight . she went down to 130 lbs. she gained it right back sad fully. my weight goes up and down like Liz Taylor's[now I'm showing my age] . but , from a person who has lost weight all my life, the few things i do are; never finish everything on your plate. [esp. those starches] please do, eat all the veggies.eat the good things for you first! that will curb your appetite. eat the things you like last and put down your fork in between. they found people who are fat never put down their fork, and they dint breath in between bites. so, put your fork down and breath. do you really need in between snacks? you dint need to be anorexia's or any other problem at this point. just learn proper eating habits.

calculate ur BMI )body mass index) by searching it on google. its where u put in ur height and weight and it tells u if u are a healthy weight...underweigh...overweight...obese... etc but 2 b honest i dnt think u shud b worrying about that sort of thing at 13, enjoy life and take it easy ;)
