Don't really know if you mean a guy is watching your every move to see if your up to something not good, or if you mean you have some creepo stalking you.
If it's the second tells your parents, friends, whoever. Have someone with you as much as you can. Get a can of pepper spay and keep it with you. You can call the police and maybe have them confront this guy, and maybe that would be enough to scare him or even go so far as to get a restraining order. Much luck to you and be safe:)

Maybe take a picture of the stalker so he knows hes been discovered sounds pretty scary to me I wouldnt do that under any circumstance has to make you wonder what his intentions are.

approach this person with another person with you. Tell them that you are not comfortable with their actions. If they fall to take heed in your request, contact your local law enforcement agency and MAKE them take a report of this person's stalking habits.
