I thought for a few minutes about a gambling term that could be referred to as "double d" and "d". I haven't been able to find one, so I'm going to assume you're talking about bra size.

No, there is a "big" difference. Bigger is always better. But a D or full D is very, very nice - provided of course, that the rest of you looks good.

Assuming you are asking about cup size (bra's), no they are not the same thing.
