i don't see them how can i get them back?

Double-click on the gray/grey area of the window when it pops up. That should bring up the tabs up there.

Ctrl + Alt + Del is for the task manager
it doesnt get to any tabs
I think you mean Alt + Tab

you need to click ctrl del and alt at the same time.

i had this problem before and it took me forever to figure out what to do, but the first poster has the answer right.
