Lizzy ~
Stay away from Health Clubs that offer "Boxing" classes or "Boxing Training" some idiot sat and watched a video for an hour then thinks he or she can call themselves a "Boxing Trainer" there's a whole lott more to it than that.

Go to USA Boxing.com you should be able to find a gym near you or you might have to travel a bit. It all depends on how bad you want this.

And what ever you do Lizzy STOP working out at home on your own before you know what you're doing. It's the little things that you be doing wrong now that can lead into bad habits later on. Run and do your sit ups you can't go wrong there. It's almost impossible to have someone sit here and write to what you should be doing. Nobody with any common sense would try to be your trainer via email.

** Hey everybody! I did not mean to suggest by my answer that Lizzy wanted to be trained over the computer. I was just trying to suggest that it's next to near impossible to even give any type of boxing instruction over the computer other than running and doing situps without being present. The "common sense" part of my answer was/is directed to anyone who tries to offer her training advice over the computer. Sorry for the confusion Lizzy. My Bad. ******

Good luck in finding a gym Lizzy and thanks for the question.

the boxing trainers can only be found in gyms for boxing and is actually. good so you have to go to a fitness club near you and ask someone to tell you the best there is. great trainers are emanuel steward and budy mgirt and fred roach. maybe you can contac them and maybe they can help you. remember no pane no gain.

Go to a local gym or fitness club. They would be able to tell you better than anybody here.
