I am looking for information about the ranger academy in puerto rico to work with 'recursos naturales' any help out there? any ideas about how long it takes or website?

You need to have a high school degree, driver's license from PR, pass the tests that they will give you. You will be train and have to work for them at least 2 years to cover the costs of your training.
