can i melt chocolate in microwave for the chocolate coating on eggs?

Yeah, but check it every 15 seconds (and stir it when it's melted enough), or else it'll get all burnt and gross!

P.S. Why are you putting chocolate on eggs? Isn't that going to be pretty nasty?

I wouldn't microwave the chocolate, it can burn way to easily. Instead, take a boiling pot of water, and set another pot on top of it, and put the chocolate in there. Constantly stir the chocolate, and take it off as soon as any lumps are gone. That's the best way to melt chocolate.

You shouldn't melt chocolate in the microwave.
If you're not careful, the chocolate can burn or get stuck on the plate.

Yes you can. Another method is to double boil it over the stove.
