i was 200 pounds and i lost some of the wight i am curently 179.i want to get down to about 150 any good advise for me

I lost quite a bit of weight using Weight Watchers. Enlist a friend to exercize with you and keep you accountable. Good luck.

Eat less junk food and carbs, eat more meat, vegetable, and fruit, drink more water and milk, and move your body more. Don't skip out on breakfeast.
