Brava @ El San Juan Hotel in Isla Verde - high end dance club, dress up and have fun!
Dunbar's in Ocean Park is a club (not a dance/techno club), but they have live music and people dance everywhere.
The same thing in Shannann's Pub in Guaynabo area.
These places are very popular among the locals. It is were I would go.... other dance clubs...are too "risky" or "tacky" or "trashy"... in other words you would never see me there!

Regular Dance Music=Pier 1 (Old San Juan)
Reguetton=Denvo in Carolina (country Club)
