This sounds like a small motorcycle engine or moped???

There is no way to tell without knowing the compression ratio, the intake, the exhaust, too many variables. The manufacturer of the engine should be able to tell you, if you can look them up on the web.

It depends entirely on the engine's properties.

Your standard garden-variety lawn mower engine of 200cc produces about 2.5 hp.

Some production high-performance cars produce one horsepower for every cubic inch of displacement, a 200cc engine is 12 cubic inches, so if your little 200cc motor is engineered as well as these cars, it could produce 12 horsepower.

The above discussion pertains specifically to four stroke engines. If your little 200cc motor is a two-stroke, you can easily double those numbers because a two-stroke hits every time the piston travels north.

Sigh. Engine type would be helpful, intended use -as street or road race, drag strip.. Lets say a twin cam, 4 valve, 2 cylinder 4 stroke with a 10,000 rpm redline with a Wankel or Shorrock rotary vane blower at 4/6 pounds pressure running 100 octane gas- 35 to 50 hp probable- FIM record breakers at Bonneville pulling 50+ hp with 250 class. 2 stroke twin? With boost -about the same. Bring lots of $$$. 4 stoke running nitro-methane and 14/16 to 1 compression? 75 hp and maybe life of 20 trips down drag strip before blown. 250 cc racing class 2 stokes got plenty of power 10/15 years back.
