Haha, this sounds like a blondes vs brunettes kind of question. I get the feeling you're comparing yourself to another girl.
While grades isn't a comprehensive indicator of intelligence, it does show some level of effort. Plus, I think green eye women are hot. Only 2% of the world has green eyes ;). Girl 1 all the way!

Cannot answer this without knowing her personality and who she is on the inside. #1 could be a real ***** in which case I would rather date #2 or #2 could be High Maintenance or Needy in which case I would date #1. Looks and intelligence is not everything
