I recently started a new job after 6 years with my former employee...during the week of orientation, me and a female applicant spent alot of time together...she let it be known that she has two small children by her live-in boyfriend....so I assumed she was happy but he made a point of sitting with me during lunch and breaks....at first, I thought she was kicking me under the table..by accident but the next time, we ate lunch together..I felt foot and ankle rub against my leg in a way that kind made me uncomfortable..I kind of slide the other way since we were sitting across from each other....I come in early and go to the morning meeting 15 minutes prior to roll call....she comes to work just in time and looks over at me when she thinks that I'm not paying attention....she has conversation with other people mainly guys ...is she trying to make me jealous...I'm a conservative guy who dos'ent like workplace relationships...what do you think?...does this crazy girl have a crush on me?

What do you have to be jealous of? Sounds like she is trying to get attention from where ever she can. She is attracted to you and trying to get you to respond.....maybe not a crush yet. She could be looking for an affair and if you are not comfortable with office romance then back off and don't feel jealous. If you like drama stick with her....I'm sure a lot of it would happen around her because you got the crazy part right!!!

First off, she has a boyfriend and what she is doing isn't right at all. Second, only a woman with no morals would flirt with a man when she already has one. What does this mean?, TROUBLE!. Third, if workplace relationships are not your thing then stick to it!!! Forming any ties with this woman will only cause you conflict.

Man the best thing for you to do is confront the issue. Straight up ask her what the deal is with her and then be nice in telling her how you feel about workplace relationships. With any luck she will back off and not go psycho on you.........Good luck!!

I would say yes, she has a crush on you. Tell her you are not interested in someone who is already in a relationship. Just tell her to back off. No need to feel uncomfortable every day you go to work.

yes she does have a crush on u. and she's a CRAZY HO! stay away from her. women like that are trouble. they're like little girls who need attention & can become crazy when u give her some & then let her go. she sounds like a nut. beware!!!!! good luck.

BTW- talking to her about it would be acknowledging that u know she likes u. unless she says anything to u, i'd ignore her. women like that tend to go psycho very easily.
