I have used priceline for hotels and it worked just fine. You still have quite a bit of control over what you want/need. I did get what I wanted and I think it was about 2 weeks before a trip to NYC.

Check out http://www.24houredeals.com/priceline-coupons-42-mer.html for the information on the deals/etc.

Good luck.

i've got not used it for my area, yet had a pal use it. They put in all the flaws they needed, area, stars, fee, and so on. then placed their fee information in. Waited for the outcomes and have been given one, so as that they've been excited. while they actually regarded up the hotel, it became thoroughly distinctive than what they needed. decrease stars, undesirable area, and so on. while they suggested as the hotel to get some coaching, they found out it could have been low value to e book with the hotel. besides, they desperate to adhere with it and merely provide it a attempt. They arrived on the hotel, certainly hated it, left and booked yet another hotel that they initially have been desiring. They could not get a reimbursement or something like that. that's great in case you do not strategies the place you're staying. even even though it occurs extremely frequently the place human beings put in what they want and the effect it is booked isn't something like it. merely be very careful while applying it because of fact Priceline does not do something in case you declare that wasn't what you're searching for for.

Be sure to investigate online web sites to get an idea of the price of rooms before you make a bid. Priceline gives you an option as to star ratings. Price accordingly.

Yes and I ended up paying 40 dollars more than a friend who went directly to the website.

And the place was a dump!

I always do that or use expedia to plan all of my trips.
