Jere...1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

It really depends on what you mean but at conception we became living souls we do not have souls but we are living souls Gen2:7 1st Cor 15:45 1st Pet 3:20 Lev 24:17,18 Ezek 18:4 Acts 3:23

That is an extremely open answered question, and I can only speak for my own Catholic religion. While your alive your soul inhabits your body. When you die based on your actions you are either condemned to Hell, or rewarded with Heaven. This is a very shallow theological definition and also excludes purgatory, but is the best answer I can give with out a more specific question

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. If you mean those who are dead, they're in hell, but if you mean those who are alive, but not born again then He doesn't really "keep them" anywhere. God doesn't just throw people in piles, "sinners, born again...now wait a minute. Where does he go?" He's a personal and caring God. He loves each person, born again or not, and doesn't just keep them in a pile or closet or anywhere else.

When you are conceived your spirit is also created, by automatic process. Religiously speaking you are a 'Son of Adam'. Your spirit then is in your body. When you get born again you a become a son of the New Adam (Christ).

I don't know but I bet the church has an answer. They spent the whole Middle Ages dreaming up answers to religious paradoxes.
