Blend the cream cheese with a bucket of cool whip!

It softens the cream cheese so it's spreadable, and adds a little more sweetness!

You could also add some food coloring if you want to make it pop!

4 oz cream cheese softened
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons softened butter
pinch of salt

Blend add a teaspoon of vanilla extract - you may need more powdered sugar depending on how humid it is on the day you make this. In stead of the vanilla you can add a tablespoon of lemon juice.

was going to put that option in my last answer to you - but didnt think u would go for it! just add a bit of icing sugar till it tastes right. tahts the easiest option, or you could also try mixing in a bit of butter/marg - about a third of the weight of the cream chees - just to make it more rich and gooey.
yum! save some for me!!
added tip - cupcakes freeze really well - i make huge batches and shove in freezer. they take no time to defrost - ten secs in microwave if u cant wait or fab frozen too - like cold biccies!
you can also add flavour to the icing - ready bought a few drops of orange/lemon flavour or some fresh juice. and tehn some strips of zest on top wld look hyper sophisticated. (u can also add juice/zest to the cake mix)
