WOW you said you saw a man holding a fish, means someone will come to you and you will fall in love. Remma when people said there are a lot of fishes out there and now a man holdin fish for you, means you will get someone soon. :)

It's called deja vu or a prominition, but seeing fish means someone is pregnant or going to get pregnant.
