You would have to go to an old fashioned baber shop. But why not do it yourself and save some money? It's not as if you can mess it up, just be careful with the razor and make sure it's a good one.

Yes,it is not that expensive and its better than doing it youself because at least you have a professional doing it and you don't have o go out and buy the equipment.
