when i hit ctrl alt ad del i get users instead of which program to shut down how do i get it back to normal?

you're in the user tab. there should be 5 tabs just under "file" "options" and "view" change the tab over to "applications" "processes" ect.

Go on applications and it will give you a list of open programs.

click on "application" tab from the top of the window that opens .
or on "processes" if you want the process list
