Our project is about boiling salt water vs. fresh water, and why the salt water boils faster. Can anybody think of a good name for it?

It's about water, and builds excitement.

Either that, or go for the super-impressive sounding ultra-science jargon route:

"Comparison and evaluation of differential phase change responses in variable solute concentrations of hydoxyl acid after exposure to measured magnitudes of applied kinetic energy resulting in Brownian motion generation"
