My friend was telling me about some very un-healthy french frie dish that they have in Canada, I think it has cheese in it? It being with a "G" if I recall correctly, does anyone know the name of what I'm talking about?

It's called poutine. They take French fries, top them with cheese curd (or Mozzarella, but it's really supposed to be cheese curd!) and then pour gravy over the whole thing. It's a bit of a heart attack waiting to happen, but very yummy.
