I am not exactly sure what you mean by spiritual death or leaving your body alone.... but, if you mean why cant God just let you die (spiritually) after you have lived your life with your own body the way you want, then the answer is: He already does. God gives us the choice to live the way we want (of course, His desire is for us to choose to live our lives for Him) but what choices we make while we have our bodies(such as choosing to believe and live for Christ or not), determines what your Spiritual death or life will be (heaven or hell).
