say nothing. act as if you're completely unintrested. that hurts the most cause all they want is a reaction. it may not seem like it at first, but trust me it works. if there is no reaction, then there is no reason to even joke. it's like he making cracks at a wall. whatever you do, don't make any reaction, facial expression, or eye contact.
