any body know of a web site or download that will let me pick colors and paint the walls in my pic to see what color i would like to paint them

lowe's.com. They have a virtual painter. Don't think you can download your room, but they have several sample rooms, maybe 1 will be close to yours.

i dont know of any website that does that but your best bet would be taking the picture and going to a paint supply store and match colors there.
you can always get a few small jars of sample colors then pain a few squares on the walls.
Remember paint changes in different lighting and situations that cant be mimiced in a picture or on a monitor. So how you see the room at night will be different from how you see it in the day. Also natural lighting vs floresent lighting.
