Say for example I was some random male individual that you knew(in reality not on here) trying to going out with you but you were not interested how would you let me know?

Ignore you. When you are talking I would just say things like "mm-hum" and "ok". Turn away from you while you are talking. Just look at body language...that says it all.

It depends on if we are friends. Cause if we are it might be a little hard to tell you but I would so that we could remain friends. If I didn't know you at all then I would just come right out and tell you that I wasn't interested in you. Hope that helps.

I will be st right up honest with you because if i didn't like a guy just tell him the truth because they would want the same thing. You feel that you are waisting your time so I would just move on.Don't worry about it ask them to tell you the truth if they are lying just move on.

all depends on how well i knew you. Barely knew you i wouldn't dwell on it and tell you straight up no thanks not interested. Friends for a long time then you should have already taken the hint in the FRIENDS part
