I have short dirty blonde hair with blue eyes. Would it be okay to get blonde highlights?

Its perfectly fine for a blonde to get highlights. Many blondes do especailly if its dirty blonde. Good luck hope it comes out the way you like it!

very thin ones throught the head would be pretty, it will give you hair a glow.
